We manage properties from Denia to Orihuela and offer our clients a reliable all year service of their homes. Although our main service is rental management, we happily help to maintain any of our clients’ properties even if it should not be rented out during a certain period. Almost all of our clients live elsewhere and have invested in a property on the coast, which they use as a holiday home. For this reason, many find it difficult to manage a property from a distance and we are delighted to be of assistance. Our clients have the same around the clock support service as our guests on Costa Blanca. In other words, if your air conditioner, for example, stops working in the middle of the night on Friday - we act as quickly as possible to assist and to solve any issue. Maintenance & cleaning

We help our clients maintain their property in its best condition and offer a cleaning service should it be needed outside of rental purposes. Our representation is often a part of managing maintenance.


We are often called out to represent our clients for paperwork matters, deliveries, insurance companies, technicians, etc.


When our representation service is required, we charge a start rate of €20 + IVA, for arriving at the home to any agreed-upon appointment. Hereafter we charge an hourly rate or a fixed rate for the job or supervision requested.
